Edit Every Post's SEO From One Screen

Managing Yoast the built-in way is slow. First you open each post, then you scroll to the Yoast panel, type a focus keyphrase and meta description, and save. After that, you repeat it across hundreds of posts. As a result, staying consistent is almost impossible.

Instead, the Bulk Editor puts every post and page in one editable table, including JetEngine and other custom post types. Focus keyphrases and meta descriptions sit side by side, plus filters and a save-per-row workflow. So you can review a whole site's SEO metadata in minutes, rather than an afternoon in the editor.

AI Fills Powered by Amazon Bedrock

First, choose the AI fill source. Then a single ✦ Fill reads the page and generates a focus keyphrase, related keyphrases, and a meta description together. Next, it writes all three straight to Yoast. Because it runs on Amazon Bedrock (Amazon Nova Lite), it draws the copy from the post's actual content instead of a generic template.

Crucially, no AWS keys ever live in WordPress. Instead, the plugin works as a thin client. It sends only the page title, a short content excerpt, the primary category, and the post-type label to the Lookit platform, which then handles the AI call. So you manage no provider accounts, and the plugin stores nothing sensitive in the site.

Auto SEO Manager: Set It and Forget It

Beyond manual bulk edits, per-post-type rules can auto-fill the focus keyphrase, meta description, and related keyphrases. Better still, they run automatically the moment you publish a post. Meanwhile, this path uses PHP content extraction plus the free Datamuse API, so it needs no AI key and no credits.

Of course, some posts are hand-tuned. So a per-post "Lock SEO Fields" metabox protects them, and the rules never overwrite your work. Then a Test & Reprocess tool lets you preview and re-run the fill on existing content before you trust it site-wide.

SEO Health: Audit and Fix In Place

The SEO Health tab audits every post type and page against on-page best practices: keyphrase optimization, titles and meta, content quality, media alt text, and internal links. Then it gives you a health score, a per-page drill-down, and a priority-fix list. While on-page checks run entirely inside WordPress, deeper checks like Core Web Vitals and site crawl surface as platform-connected features.

Best of all, you don't have to leave the audit to fix anything. For example, each page opens an inline "Edit SEO fields" panel for the focus keyphrase, SEO title, and meta description, each with its own "Fill with AI" button. Then it saves them straight to Yoast and re-audits the page. Finally, missing alt text links directly into Lookit Media Master's Alt Text Manager whenever you have it installed.

Templates, Duplicates & Scores

Reusable keyphrase and meta-description templates use placeholders that pull real values from each post, such as {title}, {parent}, {slug} and more. So one template produces correct, unique output for every row it touches, whether the data comes from JetEngine, ACF, Meta Box, or core post fields.

In addition, a Duplicated Keyphrases filter surfaces cannibalization, where your own pages compete against each other. Meanwhile, a colored SEO-score dot on each row shows Yoast's assessment inline. As a result, you can fix the reds and confirm the greens without opening a single post.
